In case you don't know what I meant:
- The key building should be used on ways which describe the outline of a building, like here: way/39622405
- The key highway is nomally used to map a road (when used on a way) or objects related to the road, like crossings, stop signs, or street lamps
- landuse is used to describe the primary use of land by humans. This should only be used on polygons.
- place is used to indicate that a particular location is known by a particular name, to indicate what sort of "place" it is.
- shop is used to mark the location of a shop and the products that it sells.
You seem to use it instead of addr:housenumber
Please correct the data or remove it. Let me know if I can help with that.

I assume this is a footway usable for wheelchairs (and maybe also for delivery)

Why didn't you use highway=footway + wheelchair=yes ?

The stop line is now part of the sidewalk (and still not part of the major road)
I don't think that a way with highway=stopline is any better than a node on the road with highway=stop.
It is nearly useless when it doesn't share a node with the (major) road.

because you used the tag highway=* here.
I assume you found this i a wiki page.Please note that * is only a placeholder for a reasonable value, in this case probably "service". You also didn't connect the road with the tertiary in the west.
You also used historic=* on this node:

I assume you meant historic=memorial.
You gave 3 names in different languages.
Please use just name for the the one that is used by the locals.

Thanks for the link.I agree regarding the highway tag. I think each stone cairn might be tagged as historic=milestone (used on a node).
The landuse=farmland tag should be removed.

Maybe you just typed pa for path and JOSM autocomplete selected passing_place.
Do you remember if this way is connected to the road way/411728200 ?
I don't see the path nor the building on any sat image.

I wonder if natural=cave fits better?
