I've noticed this change because of the unusual tag highway=construction+construction=footway
I think you the wiki mislead you, it should be two tags, one with highway=construction
and one with construction=footway

I've noticed that you mapped a footbrige as
highway=crossing + traffic_calming=table here:
way/515148119
The correct tagging is highway=footway + bridge=yes + layer=1
for the way that crosses the major road.
You may also split the way and map details about the ways leading to the bridge, e.g. they may be highway=steps or highway=footway

It should be mapped with highway=footway, highway=crossing is only used on nodes shared with a major road. I also don't understand why this is a traffic_calming=table now, see

What did you mean with ele=2 ?
This tag gives "Elevation (height above sea level) of a point in metres."
Is this the distance of the bridge to the road below? If yes the value seems too low for me.
