After doing that I found that the previous tag value unclassified was probably better as this road comes as unclassified from the tertiary in the west. I'd prefer unclassified for Dijksterbuursterlaan and maybe different maxspeed tags.

to the common disused:highway=primary.
I've also updates the route relations.
There are several route restrictions on the old roads. I assume these are also obsolete now?
