and highway=turning_circle are used for nodes, not for ways. I've seen similar changes by other telenav members.

Vielleicht hilft ja osm.wiki/DE:Lifecycle_prefix
um seltsame tags wie highway=never_built
zu vermeiden.

What is meant with highway=Atatürk Caddesi ? I assume there is a residential road with name=Atatürk Caddesi somewhere?

I think it is a highway=path
If the surface is dirt and the bridge is made of wood this is not important for the highway itself. Maybe use bridge:material=wood
