permissive and toll=yes seem fine to me. But, access=no, doesn't. Since you didn't put it yourself, can it be deleted.
this is: delete access=no and leave motor_vehicle=permissive.

That is the tagging scheme proposed for OpenRailwayMap (bridge:wikidata=* and tunnel:wikidata=*) because the wikidata tag is for the railway line (North East Corridor e.g.).
Not in this case, but that was the reason. I think it is more consistent this way.

As far as I see, the route relations are mapped assuming right hand traffic of the trains. Wikipedia says (indirectly) that there is left hand traffic. Take https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kazipara_metro_station — at "station layout". Do you know anything more about it?
