The road serving the church is not a dual carriageway. You mapped another road right next to the one you mapped in your previous changeset: way/1464365981 and way/1464365982

Also, when other mappers comment on any of your changesets, you must almost always respond, even if that answer might be "I don't know" or you fixed the issues yourself. Public communication between mappers is crucial to building trust. Edits of people who never respond may be treated as less trustworthy. Unresponsive users who continue questionable edits despite being contacted multiple times first get a warning (so-called 0-day block), then progressively longer blocks on their account.

Hello Gborobiker, welcome to OSM! I see that you requested a review of this changeset. Unfortuanately, this changeset added a duplicate cycleway along the existing highway=road way named "Downtown Greenway" that could've been retagged as a cycleway. Since the West Side of the Downtown Greenway was recently completed, you could have retagged the existing road on the recently completed trail (former abandoned rail line) as highway=cycleway instead of mapping a new cycleway alongside the existing highway=road way named "Downtown Greenway".

Whoops! Looks like I made a mistake here. :) I went ahead and retagged the stop sign nodes on the painted stop lines as road_marking=stop_line + stroke=solid and properly tagged the intersection node as highway=stop + direction=both. changeset/176886412
I had been tagging intersection nodes as stop signs where there is an all-way stop, but for this all-way stop in front of University Mall, I added the stop sign nodes on the stop lines instead of a stop sign node on the intersection node due to me failing to exercise diligence when mapping the stop signs. In the future, I will be sure to be more diligent when adding or modifying map features (such as stop signs).
