What is the source for the addition of this apartment building? Aerial imagery of this location shows no apartment building here. Did this apartment building recently get built here?

Thanks for the fix. I split the South Mullen Road way (way/18393395) at the point where both directions of the road divide approaching the roundabout, so the section of the road from the roundabout to where both directions of the road meet is one-way. I also corrected the direction of a couple of other roads here by splitting the ways at the point where both directions of the roads divide approaching the roundabout and tagging the non-one-way sections of the roads as oneway=no. I fixed this in changeset/176027760. The user who changed this suburb boundary line to an unclassified road is named TransAct-AS: @TransAct-AS. I will keep monitoring user TransAct-AS, and if they cause any further damage to valid map data, I will report them to the Data Working Group (osm.wiki/Data_Working_Group).

The unclassified road you tagged as "foot=no" is not actually a highway. It is actually a suburb boundary line for Northlake, Charlotte, NC (way/845861056). Another user changed this suburb boundary line to an unclassified road, which is not correct. The user who did that is part of an organized editing group: osm.wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities/TransAct.
