In this town we have two separated ways for the N2 highway:
osm.org/browse/way/206394220 and
osm.org/browse/way/206394219
each has oneway=yes

and we have two relations for the N2 highway in whole: relation/963269 and 963268

but one of the mentioned single ways above belongs to BOTH relations, the other belongs to NONE of the relations. Needs fixing.
