I've fixed the broken segments. As far as I know, construction in most of this residential area (Citraland) is finished, but unfortunately, DigitalGlobe Standard shows older & cloudy imagery. I hope Grab can sort this one out using GPS tracking.

Two years ago, I replaced all highway=living_street with highway=residential because there wasn't a single legally-designated living street in the entire country. I admit that that cleanup was pretty reckless.
