Betreffende je wijzigingen: het gebouw zelf is geen centrale, de centrale bevindt zich in het gebouw. De conventie in Nederland is dus ook om 'm te taggen op de adresnode (die _niet_ op het gebouw staat, maar erin).

FYI, ik heb flat Stella weer wat hersteld:
- stond nu een dubbel building tag op en een loze area=yes
- opleverjaar verdwenen, evenals de BAG tags
- building:flats die niet overeenkomt met wat ik kon vinden noch met het aantal huisnummers

Hi GenericUser, I suspect that opening_hours isn't the tag you're looking for to describe a maximum stay. Do you mean the parking can be used by anyone for indefinite time between 20 and 9 and on Sunday, and for max 2 hours on other days?

Then probably the tagging you're looking for is:
maxstay:conditional = 2 hours @ (Mo-Sa 09:00-20:00)

(Which means 2 hours between 9 and 20h on Mo-Sa, and no restriction otherwise)
