There is no Strava heatmap evidence for this looping section of way/359595976. Is anyone familiar with this area and can confirm if the path exists?

Is there a "Poplar Street" here instead of grass? The address points seem to indicate there is a street here, but it's not visible on any imagery

when the navigator makes a right turn at this roundabout from Swansea onto York Road it's says take the first exit from the roundabout. the route should be the third exit from the roundabout.
