Brossard Road, both sides, appears to be open up to this point, with separated bike and foot path along it.

This road is open, for "left turn only" I believe.

Dryland Boulevard appears to be open, no barriers at all in the vicinity, drivers freely using it. Is it simply a matter of removing the "under construction" tag? Note there are also separated bike and foot paths along it (though a section of foot path is still missing).

No connection is proposed or under construction between Craigieburn road and Chinnock Court at this location.
