Hi Leon, 14 years ago you worked on the Fyansford railway and added this siding (now modified). I can't see any sign of this siding from aerial photos in 1946 or 1971. Do you have any further details about what it is or what your source was please? I know it's a long time ago but any info would be fantastic.

Can you let us know what the full name of the emergency services building is and if it related to an organisation is please orany ideas on how to tag it. If you download either "Street Complete" or "Map Complete" you can add photos to a note or create a new note. Also have a look at Mapillary, it would be great to get some imagery of this part of the world. I highly recommend Mapillary for either short sections or entire length of roads. Thanks MPax also for the kind words. I use to do separate foot paths but it got a bit messy so anything under 2-3 meters from the road, I now use sidewalk on the highway if the footpath matches the road but this is just personal and separate footpaths is fine. Also check out Mapillary in the data/photo tab as I have dropped a few thousand photos in the area that you can use. Keep up the great work, this is really impressive work

Hi MPax, I love the details you have added to Ararat and this must be one of the best mapped towns in Australia thanks to you. It's appreciated/ One thing is with foot paths is to connect them when crossing roads to the road with a node. It might also be better where the foot path is right next to the road to use sidewalk on the highway - see sidewalk=* and only use foot path for parks or where the footpath deviates from the road. I am still really impressed about the level of mapping and have just added a few shops etc. if you would like to confirm these

actually , the roundabout was replaced on 20-12-2023 with traffic lights - I will replace it shortly as best I can

Hi, this was a fix to an authoritative note from a trusted editor as per the source who stated that the roundabout was in place. See https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=146982379 as the main changeset. I also used Strava heat map to check that the roundabout was in place from memory. I think that I replaced the old cross road to make it the roundabout and that this new work you see north of Hall Road will replace the roundabout but not certain when

Hi Lokxbxhhshajxj, I have reverted your changes to Clarke Road, Clarke Track in Sassafras. The Parks sign clearly states Clarke Trk and there is clearly a gate at the start of the track. The short section prior to the gate at the top end is Clarke Road.but the rest is Clarke Track.

Hi Lokxbxhhshajxj, thanks for mapping these three tracks. When mapping tracks it's best to comment on how you know about the track. The track to the school crosses a creek and you have not specified how it crosses over. The track also does not align to other data. The new path you added from Corsair Track does not connect with Corsair and the other track that it crosses. The change to Lyrebird track name - can you let us know the background to this change please?
