Killaloe seems to be too small to be a town given that Ballina/Cullenagh is the larger part across the river? Also a town/village node to go with the Killaloe way at 123406473 would be nice.

How to tag that Portlaoise College is amenity->college as well as amenity->school? Is there a separate building or campus for the further education activities, listed as Portlaoise Institute here: http://www.portlaoisecollege.ie/plc/

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Griffith_College_Cork mentions that the college has since moved to the Wellington Street campus. Is there still a presence here?

I have my doubts that the new Harbour Street that I added here is going to go all the way to Parson Street. Does anyone have up to date info? And will it be ped/bike only or full traffic?

Is there really a suburb called 'West Village' here?? Can't see any justification for it over and above the initial import which was tagged as experimental. Could it just be a description that the area is in the west of Ballincollig?

Anyone know what the name & operator is of this port?

Is there actually a locality/hamlet/village called 'Attymon' needed here in addition to the station? Are the townlands Attimonbeg/Attimonmore enough?

The Rathfarnham suburb relation extends around 5km to the south of the village node, which seems excessive. Is there any justification for it to extend so far?

Only feature I can see related to 'Rathfarnham' south of M50 are electoral administrations (which follow their own rules) and the golf club:

Is it true that Rathfarnham suburb extends so far south?

As per my reply to another commenter, the "centre" node for saltash is probably too far to the east. This would be considered the centre of town (main high street, highest pedestrian footfall)
