The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

When using OSM for navigation, going from Collendean Lane to Norwood Hill, crossing Norwood Hill Road, no cues are created.

Norwood Hill Road is the MAJOR road (i.e. uninterrupted by stops), whereas Collendean Lane and Norwood Hill are MINOR roads each which have stops at Norwood Hill Road.
