i changed the hydrant because a) it looks like a hydrant and therefore has the characteristics of a hydrant b) according to your tagging there is no sign on the hydrant that it cannot be used as a hydrant.
but if i think about it again, emergency=suction_point + fire_hydrant:type=pipe would be more appropriate.
