Why does this stretch past the Lithuania border (despite the train line name implying it being fully in Lithuania)?

The name of the railway line is misspelled (it should be "Klaipėda - Pagėgiai")

Also the bridge names here were incorrectly modified (the bridge names should be moved to the bridge: prefix like you did before)
