Faktycznie, jest otwarta do samego konca

Dojechałem od Połłanki do ul Bugaj. Było otwarte. Ten kawałek jest na 100% otwarty. Nie wiedziałem że droga jest w trakcie budowy. Gdyż sprawdziłbym ją do końca. Na razie nie jestem na 100% pewny ze od Bugaj i dalej jest otwarta. Sprawdzę za tydzień.

Ok.. I agree that according to OSM rule you map what you see, but in this case I 100% believe Rondo Mogilske is not allowed to be used by cyclist and can be very dangerous if route engine drives someone to this road.

On Warszawskiego too.
On Lubicz too

I've added bicycle=no on Rondo Mogilske only. There is no link to Rondo from Iwony Borowskiej.

I've added +1 lines to Bora and to service road.

Also added u-turn restriction from New Huta-to-new Huta

Now Routing should work, but intersection is too simplified, from my point of view

Эта дорога находится за пределами города и имеет 2 полосы в каждую сторону. Соответственно, ограничение скорости тут 110 кмч. То что там стоит знак "Міська смуга" - ничего не значит, так как нет такого населенного пункта "міська смуга"
