You are right. I thought that there was a marked crossing there. I've made it as you suggested in your last sentence.

In such case it is better to add was: prefix to it's tags, possibly with a note. Otherwise it might get added by another mapper because it is still visible on satellite imagery.

It's usually not correct to replace street names with the names of residential complexes since that's not their real name. For residential complexes, you have to create a point, choose the suburb preset and fill in the blank spaces (I've done it for this complex). If you see any other missing complexes around Razlog, feel free to add them. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

Газовата връзка към Сърбия (виж way/1057595975) съм я начертал от край до край включително и разклоненията ѝ, не е нужно да я дублираш.

В цялото софийско поле спирките витаят около пътя. Идеята е пътниците да знаят къде да чакат, а не колита да знаят къде точно ще спре автобуса (тази информация я получават от пътните знаци, докато пешеходците могат да загубят доста време докато се ориентират). Според уикито също трябва да витаят (виж highway=bus_stop).

На пътя се слага public_transport=stopping_position и допълнителен таг за вида на спиращите превозни средства (виж public_transport=stop_position), но не е задължително да го има. Във Варна намерих един добре илюстриран пример (node/6652472028) как би трябвало да изглежда, но едва ли някой би го направил за всички спирки. Лично аз не виждам и смисъл да се дублира тази информация.

Защо си сложил точки за автобусните спирки на highway пътя (напр.: node/10017403173)? Спирките са добавени от доста време и си имат имена. Не виждам особен смисъл в това дублиране.
