The entrance is correct but the building footprint isn't. It should be extended in NW direction. From NW to SE there is the copyshop (which I haven't seen working), агроаптека, entrance and another shop/storage space.

Hi Richard! I think that the chemical/agrarian shop is to the right of the entrance which is where I've noticed people moving. I haven't seen anyone in the left side.

Bing Streetside is a great aid in such cases :). There is a step before each staircase except for the most SE one.

I've added them as barrier=step.
