These have been PGS islands ( osm.wiki/Prototype_Global_Shoreline ). Many people have deleted them worldwide since they are extremely crude. @dmgroom_ct has done much of this work for Indonesia.

I've deleted these islands that no effort goes into cleaning them. It saves everybody time to only map them again from scratch.
