"New British Library" is fairly anachronistic; I don't think anyone has used this name since the 1990s. Probably should be "British Library".

"Millennium Promenade" should presumably join to the road at the east and the "Porto Quay" at the west?

Also, is "footway" the best representation of it? The Bing imagery (which I'm guessing may be out of date) suggests something more substantial.
