We've currently got this node: node/5067878599 ...and also one a fair distance to the east of here: node/2681755461 Both place=quarter.

Costa & Colicci are wrongly place. Latter is roughly where Costa node us & Costa is much more in LRT station.

Also the LRT station is not part of London Paddington. There is a canopy between exit of footbridge & entrance to latter, but details diff to work out as aerials out of date.

According to http://osm.mapki.com/history/node.php?id=27365306 , Westminster has spent most of its time as a town rather than a city (especially when it has last been added by locals).

Currently it's a "city" - is that correct?

(the confusing thing here is that "city" in OSM terms means "calls itself a city in real life" - see place=city for the discussion about that)
