Just curious, how can one lighthouse have 63 lights such as node/1211591064?
Is that error processing data or is that real? Is there any picture of this?

In original comment you said that many buildings are not visible on "Bing Maps Aerial", I'm just saying they all are, I'm not saying this is good or bad source for tracing buildings.
If you load following Overpass query into JOSM and turn on Bing as imagery buildings are clearly visible:

This changeset added only buildings in top right corner of changeset bounding box, not in bottom right, where buildings are bogus...
I did delete a lot of bogus buildings...

some of islands you mapped are in wrong direction, you need to pay attention that arrows on coastline points outwards to sea.

Why was this deleted? Does it not exist anymore? Can you link to source stating this change?

I noticed that you added to many relations relation/1953566 as member relation.
But didn't set member Type(outer, subarea...).
Was this intentional addition? If so, can you set member type if not, can you remove relation/1953566 from other relations membership?

Can you explain and give more details why you changed from admin_level=7 to admin_level=5? If this is intentional change, can you also update other relations on admin_level=7 and admin_level=5 to not overlap/create holes?
