Just to let you know there's a grown feeling that the public_transport schema should be rescinded as it only duplicates existing tags. highway=bus_stop in these instances. You may wish to spend your OSM time on something which adds unique improvements.

As it doesn't have a roundabout tag it sounds like the fault is in this service & needs to be fixed there.

But contributors are removing this tag without comprehension.
