I really think there should only be one prow_ref tag. Duplicating only causes more confusion.
Looking at Cornwall's database it's clear the values you added to the 'official' tag are the correct ones & should be transferred to 'prow_ref'

Please don't change the well used & documented prow_ref tag to prow_ref:official

You can't have tunnels & bridges.

layer is a rendering tag. the bridge has +1 value so the path doesn't require a layer tag.

Could you provide details of the railway building being under construction? I can find no record of it.

There is already a railway station tag here. Please don't add duplicates.
