new houses visible with Mapbox imagery

The municipal boundaries here are actually duplicated in the OSM data. We can see the new ones created with relations which I think are the good ones. The old ones with no relations actually don; t render and should be deleted. I don; t know how do delete big objects like that efficiently. Somebody please do it - make sure you delete the right ones...

Missing building here. Seems like maybe a Bell building or something? There is a dirt/gravel road leading up to it. (see mapillary for route)
