There is now an entire housing development in here. Created about 3 years ago. The name of the development is Penn Grant Commons.

New Baltimore Rd is no longer a road, but is gated at all ends and has become a trail.

According to the PA DCNR Michaux Forest public use map, this portion of the "road" and below is actually a trail called Shaffer Rock Trail
