For fixed-post Bus/PUV stops, the 'stop' node is at the stop_position, preferably the highway/roadway; while the 'platform' must be any portion of footway (if covered) or node (if uncovered).

Please be advised that as of current Bus Route Rationalisation, platforms at the median (near MRT) in PH-1/AH26/C-4/EDSA is mandatory.

Yikes! 80kph could cause serious accidents on most motor vehicles within the urban areas (close to industrial areas), and the speed limit has to be reduced into 60 (cars, motorcycles) and 50 (buses, trucks).
