The name as listed of this area is clearly wrong. It contains a mixture of letters and special characters and seems to be meaningless.
I think this place should be called 'Vancouver Art Gallery North Plaza'

This area in general (aprox. from the Ladysmith border to the secondary school off Jones, would need proper clarification from Gov) is called "Diamond", it was named for the now-extinct Velco Diamond Crossing where the E&N met the Comox Logging railway. The Diamond Improvement District looks after waterworks and streetlights for the area.

Can OSM put a name marker here for the area or no?
