Also, to refine the tagging schema:
- for the new RP6105
- In CNER SHP the "ordreArc=11" is tagged as "etat=-1" that should be tagged as "proposed" in OSM
- But the way "highway=track" exists in OSM

Do you have an idea on how should I tag it to keep the way as "highway=track" and add the "proposed" official reference "ref=RP6105" ?

I had made such tagging that I will correct when I will know the right way.

I have tagged the "ref=RN4" as a "highway=track + proposed=primary" but @Amineee__ changed it to "highway=primary".
