The CNER published a Morocco Road Network via a announce in talk-ma@ mailing list.

I've put data here : https://map.comptoir.net/maroc-reseau-routier-2025-01/ with links to discussions.

For some days I'm updated the roads network, but it seems that you are reverting my contributions.

Do you have a better data source ?

You can fix it please, or I'll do it in few days.

By the way, you can find the last CNER version of the Roads Network as Shapefile and PDF at osm.wiki/FR:Maroc#Sources_de_donn%C3%A9es

Thanks Aya, I will now prefix "ref" with the "R". Then I'll try to correct my previous changes.

By the way, the CNER gave me the Atlas, I put it on https://map.comptoir.net/maroc-reseau-routier-2025-01/ if it's of any use to you.

I know the "R" was added around 2018, but the CNERR "Centre National d'Etudes et de Recherches Routières" don't use the "R" (N11, P3440...).
I think the "ref" attribute is a technical datum to link with official references.

So I've decided to don't remove the "R" for route relation, but remove it on ways.

I hope you understand my argument.

Les plaques dans la Rue de Metz à Tours ne précise pas qu'il s'agit de la bataille Q688847. Je préconise de corriger pour la ville de Metz Q22690. Aurais-tu d'autres sources ?

J'entends bien vos arguments, le côté résidentiel est bien ambigu dans ce cas... Oui, mais ... il faut bien un consensus...
- il ne s'agit pas de tourisme
- la puissance publique française parle d' "habitat" (reste encore les aires de Grands Passages qui n'ont pas d'équipement d'habitation).

Auriez-vous des idées à discuter ? Je suis ouvert, croyez le :-)

Dans le cas de ma grosse contribution de ces jours le tag étant déjà beaucoup utilisé (en france), je suis parti avec lui. Après on pourra changer, mais après discussion ;-)

J'oubliais une autre information:
- Les aires de Grands Passages sont pour quelques jours
- Les aires d'accueil pour plusieurs mois, selon le règlement communale (ou de la ComCom).
- Chaque département et préfecture publie leur "Schémas départementaux d'accueil et d'habitat des gens du voyage"
