A lot of these golfcart paths are duplicates.

The water features and islands should be generated as a relation, not with multiple areas as done here.

User=Woazboat - they are continuing to edit other roadways into cartpaths. They have a lot of other edits that should probably be reviewed/reverted.

Please do not add/change roadways to cartpaths. They are clearly roadways. Portions of this changeset are being reverted.
