Changeset has been reverted. Access tags should be used instead of deletion. I have gone through and added access=private here. You can read why deletion is not the answer here:

fyi, when mapping buildings, you should use "Q" to square the buildings and give them sharp 90degree corners rather than the odd shaping it is when you first draw it.
