The names still need to be removed from all the houses, but the changesets beyond that tiny error look fantastic!

Apologies, after more research, the relation was located. It looks like that relation was modified about 2 months ago to remove landuse=military.

That relation change (not your changeset) will need to be reverted.

Is there a particular reason you straight up deleted the military landuse area for Offutt AFB?
