Do not "lollipop" areas to simulate a hole. I have gone through and cleaned up this course for you.

Instead of abstract art with a bunch of pieces to try and simulate holes, you should just use multipolygon relations. trust me, it is so much easier, plus it would be of higher quality.

The paths that go over water should be mapped with bridge tags, as appropriate.

Do not delete just to readd the features...
