I think it varies depending on imagery. some has something that could resemble rails, some imagery does not. Easy enough to add it back, so I added it back.

I reverted this changeset. It is already tagged as a driveway. An access tag of "private" can be used if it is on private property. Long driveways have a use on OSM.

Also split highways/freeways/roads so Max Height tags can be added correctly/easily.
