I would find them especially useful in knowing how the roadways and buildings have changed over time and how they have adjusted. I give up on trying to update railways for what actually exists on the ground. If railway mappers want to keep outdated and long-gone features, that's fine. I would think that having a map that only has what is actually on the ground would be important. I apologize for trying to update outdated features to bring the map up to date to represent what is truly on the ground where no railways crossings exist across freeways and through people's living rooms. I digress. I will not edit railways going forwards, and apologize. |

| 134771105 | This golf course does not exist anymore and it is now an entire residential neighborhood. It has been completely removed and overbuilt by houses, roads and other structures. Features that no longer exist and have been overbuilt should not be mapped on OSM. A good place to put them would be on OpenHistoricalMap (OHM) though so that the history may be preserved. Has construction begun? Are they even still planning to build it? Generally, things aren't mapped even as a proposal until construction has started. |

Generally, temporary road closures are not added on OSM, since it could continue to show up as closed even when OSM is corrected since most software is not live, and the data could easily be 6 months old or so. |
