Hello and welcome to OSM. You requested a review of this changeset. Looks like a good start. Couple pointers, "Q" can be used to square the building after you draw it. The name of the city should be capitalized to "Laurens". Same thing with state to "SC"

Changeset has been reverted. Access tags should be used instead of deletion. I have gone through and added access=private here. You can read why deletion is not the answer here:

fyi, when mapping buildings, you should use "Q" to square the buildings and give them sharp 90degree corners rather than the odd shaping it is when you first draw it.
