I'm looking at this changeset, specifically the intersection of 18th and Jefferson, for example way/901474220
1. why does this intersection use Cycle crossing and Cycle and Foot crossing, whereas almost every other intersection in the city just uses Crossing?
2. Why does westbound Jefferson have two crossings?
