Hi,
Can you please explain why you deleted all station nodes along metro line 5 in this changeset? You left the stop positions in an incomplete state this way.

Ofc Darbandikhan is located in Iraq, not Iran. Typo in the changeset description...

Hi and welcome to OpenStreetMap,
Thank you for your contribution. There's a few things you need to be aware of:
I've seen that you have added Google Earth link as references to multiple objects. Please be aware that you cannot use any information from Google Maps or Streetview as sources for your OpenStreetMap data contributions since their license is not compatible with OSM's. You need to either rely on the satellite imagery that is available within the OSM editor you are using or survey on the ground with a GPS device or your mobile.

Secondly: You marked "Old Trails Road" as a primary road which is the road category used in OSM for important roads linking cities. From what the satellite imagery shows this looks more like a residential or even service road. Have a look at the highway documentation here to familiarize yourself with the established categories: highway=*
Finally you set the "ref" tag to "none" which should be used for the road reference number. If a road doesn't have one just omit this tag and do not set it to "none".
Would be great if you can revisit your additions and improve them according to the information above.

Happy further mapping.

Woops. Location should ofc be "Balkayalar, Turkey" - Looked at wrong side of the border here

Source was DigitalGlobe only. Forgot to remove "Local survey" 🤦‍♂️

Source for this changeset wasn't "Local survey", but DigitalGlobe imagery

Hi Kiarash,
Can you please share the source for your mass addition of maxspeed all across Shahreza area?
You should only add maxspeed once you have verified the speed restrictions "on the ground" or via street level imagery like Mapillary or OpenStreetCam.

FYI: If your intent is to add "default maxspeed" to certain highway types: This is not necessary. If the maxspeed tag is not present all OSM data consumers will automatically default to a maxspeed level adequate to the highway type in the country.

This falls in line with a set of changesets you have been performing recently all over Iran where you have been applying maxspeed=* to whole cities. Can you please share your source for this information?

Hallo Marinus,

Part of this changeset you create an untagged veeery long way across the atlantic: way/557466480

I have deleted this already: changeset/56216548

Please review the JOSM review notifications before commiting your changeset as they are helpful to prevent such errors.

Happy mapping!

Hi,

It seems with this changeset you accidentally added a few very long untagged ways that encompass the whole globe. I removed those four in these two changesets:
changeset/55888507
changeset/55888571
Would be good if you could review that the other items you added in this changeset are okay.
