I found multiple maps/datasets from both, but no Wasserman Openspace. That area is mostly the Sunshine Canyon landfill, not what is usually meant by open space. Maybe that is what it will be when the landfill closes sometime in the 2020s? Or maybe that is just the undeveloped margin around the landfill.

Wasserman Openspace ? Can't find any reference to this. Is there another name? Or is this just asperational?
