This shop is actually accessible from Rue Marcellin Berthelot, near Rond-Point de Keriven, not (as OSM seems to think) from the motorway exit lane to the north.

In case this refers to "City Sushi", note that this shop is permanently closed.

Between this point and the path from Saint-Dec to the river, there is a walkable connection; see the northwestern end of @Christoph%20Lange/traces/3018833. It's just a trail through a field but wide enough for one person. I am not aware of any signs that restrict the usage as private.
