Sorry for not speaking / writing Vietnamese, but these points do not seem to make sense. Please read the wiki to find tags that express what is on the ground.
If you are recording addresses, use addr:street=* and addr:housenumber=*. (See osm.wiki/Addresses )
Please do not use shop=* if there is no shop at the location. The tags highway=*, boundary=* and natural=* all have a well documented meaning, please don't use them in any other way.
