Supposedly, all the woods (circa 2024) are owned by Woodland Trust which doesn't allow commercial timber felling on its sites (https://www.westlothian.gov.uk/media/64173/Livingston-Woods/pdf/livingston_Acrobat_Document.pdf?m=1733240268637). Should this landuse=forest be tagged with natural=grassland instead?

Hilton Park is an ongoing development - I try to keep an eye on it to update as newer satellite imagery becomes available, but it is far from complete.

There is a mistake here in how OSM has the NCN1 mapped. The NCN1 (inexplicably) doesn't use this section of new cycleway and Wester Coates Terrace, it uses Wester Coates Road and Wester Coates Avenue. I've confirmed this by looking at the signage on the ground which looks new.
