Can you look for buildings while you digitise roads? This way/775220873 is overlapping over 4 buildings. Also, split the road segments at intersections.

I appreciate your road improvement work in this region also welcome to OSM India. I'd suggest you to take a look "India WikiProject" which has detail information on tagging roads, naming cities etc.
1. osm.wiki/WikiProject_India
2. osm.wiki/India:Tags/Highway

highway=road is used only for temporary purpose. You can tag these kind of roads as unclassified. highway=unclassified

There are lots of roads added, changed existing road names and also added large building like one here way/651518621. Your changeset comment "pwd road" doesn't sense a lot. Can you bit more elaborative?

Unclassified roads are meant to connect between two villages or neighborhoods. highway=unclassified. You can use "residential" roads inside village.
