There's a suspicious-looking pattern in the aerial photography of this area. Is this someone's private runway?

Is this really a park? It doesn't look very park-like in either aerial imagery or Bing Streetside.

Is this actually called "Nine Mile Road"? The exit signs on the freeway seem to think so.

VoA is reported to be closing at the end of January 2019.
