Richmond Highway from the intersection with Jeff Todd Way to about the intersection with Cook Inlet Drive needs to be split and re-aligned to match the new construction. I've got a GPS trace for the westbound lanes if someone wants me to upload it.

Road is fenced at both ends with "Road closed" signs. Check back in 2017 to see if it's been re-opened.
