The general consensus in the community is that only railways with remaining remnants on the ground (such as a remaining grade as the bar minimum) should be mapped. Otherwise, these "abandoned" railways should not be mapped. However, this kind of work is perfect for OpenHistoricalMap at openhistoricalmap.org. I will probably delete the railways that you have mapped in a week or so or whenever you have had time to move them over to OHM.

I changed the name tag to alt_name because the bolt has no real name (that I know of I haven't looked into the actual descriptions of the survey), this is simply a nickname that has been associated with the bolt (this I am confident of). Perhaps loc_name is a better fit.
