I changed the name tag to alt_name because the bolt has no real name (that I know of I haven't looked into the actual descriptions of the survey), this is simply a nickname that has been associated with the bolt (this I am confident of). Perhaps loc_name is a better fit.

Esri, followed by Bing, followed by NAIP. You can do Ctrl+shift+B in iD to see imagery metadata and that sometimes includes dates of when it's from.
